Peptide Products
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case business for unopened products. If a product has been opened, due to the sensitive nature of peptide products and the risk of degradation, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, reconstituted, or otherwise altered in any way, under any circumstances. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all research materials.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team within 7 business days of delivery. Our team will promptly review the matter and, upon verification, may issue a replacement product or store credit at our discretion. Please contact our customer service team at cs@southernaminos.com for instructions. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit and the carrier’s tracking information confirms non-delivery, we will reship your order at no additional cost, must be a minimum of 5 business days past estimated delivery date by courier.
However, if the tracking status shows “Delivered” to the correct address and the package is claimed as lost, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled, and it is at our discretion to provide any reshipment.
