1. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to and participating in the Southern Aminos Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Southern Aminos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid website, social media presence, or other digital platform. Southern Aminos reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote Southern Aminos products in a truthful and ethical manner for research use only, not for human or animal use.
  • Avoid any misleading claims or unauthorized use of Southern Aminos branding.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing.
  • Comply with all applicable FDA Laws and regulations regarding research use only products.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link. Commissions are paid Monthly via Bank Transfer, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $25.

5. Tracking and Attribution

Sales are tracked via cookies placed when a qualified researcher clicks on an affiliate link. Cookies are valid for 7 days. Southern Aminos is not responsible for tracking failures due to user settings or technical issues.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Use paid advertising that includes Southern Aminos branded terms.
  • Engage in spam, misleading redirects, or cookie stuffing.
  • Promote on adult, violent, or illegal content platforms.
  • Promote human or animal use of any Southern Amino products.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved Southern Aminos logos, banners, and product images. All intellectual property remains the sole property of Southern Aminos.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all Southern Aminos promotional materials and links.

9. Limitation of Liability

Southern Aminos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
