Account Restriction & Order Eligibility Policy

Southern Aminos reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to restrict, suspend, or permanently disable a customer account from placing orders. This policy exists to protect our business, staff, partners, and customers from abuse, fraud, and harmful conduct.

Account restrictions are permanent unless otherwise stated and are not subject to appeal.

Grounds for Account Restriction

An account may be restricted from ordering, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to the following:

1. Fraudulent Activity or Abuse

  • Attempted or confirmed fraud of any kind

  • Use of false, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods

  • Disputing legitimate charges after successful delivery

  • Providing false or misleading information to obtain replacements, refunds, or credits

2. Excessive or Abusive Claims

  • Repeated claims of missing, damaged, or incorrect items beyond reasonable thresholds

  • Patterns of claims inconsistent with carrier confirmation or delivery evidence

  • Abuse of replacement, reshipment, or package protection policies

Southern Aminos reserves the right to determine what constitutes excessive or abusive behavior.

3. Chargeback or Payment Dispute Abuse

  • Filing chargebacks in violation of posted policies

  • Initiating disputes without first contacting customer support

  • Repeated or intentional misuse of chargebacks as a method of refund

  • Chargebacks filed after delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, or photographic evidence of delivery

Chargebacks significantly harm merchant accounts and are treated as a serious violation.

4. Abusive, Threatening, or Harassing Conduct

  • Threatening, harassing, or intimidating Southern Aminos staff

  • Use of profanity, vulgar language, or aggressive communication

  • Attempts to coerce staff into refunds, replacements, or exceptions outside policy

Southern Aminos maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse toward employees or representatives.

5. Coercion, Extortion, or Defamation Attempts

  • Threatening negative reviews, chargebacks, complaints, or public statements to force concessions

  • Posting or threatening to post false, misleading, or damaging statements

  • Coordinated attempts to harm Southern Aminos’ reputation through bad-faith actions

False or malicious statements intended to damage the business may result in immediate restriction.

6. Policy Violations or Circumvention

  • Violating any published Southern Aminos policy, including shipping, replacement, refund, or payment terms

  • Attempting to bypass restrictions by creating multiple accounts

  • Using alternate names, emails, addresses, or payment methods to evade restrictions

Any attempt to circumvent a restriction will result in immediate termination of all related accounts.

Effect of Account Restriction

When an account is restricted:

  • The account may no longer place orders

  • Existing orders may be canceled at Southern Aminos’ discretion

  • Access to customer service may be limited or discontinued

  • No future business relationship is guaranteed

Restrictions apply to all associated identifiers, including but not limited to:

  • Email addresses

  • Shipping addresses

  • Billing addresses

  • Payment methods

  • IP addresses

Discretion & Final Authority

All account restrictions are issued at the sole discretion of Southern Aminos.
Southern Aminos is not required to provide justification, warnings, or evidence prior to restriction.

Account restriction decisions are final and non-negotiable.

No Obligation to Continue Service

Southern Aminos reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any lawful reason. Nothing in this policy obligates Southern Aminos to continue a customer relationship.

Contact & Enforcement

If an account is restricted, communication—if any—will be limited to matters required by law. Southern Aminos is under no obligation to engage further.
