Originally, they sent an email stating they oversold a bunch of stuff but they gave customers options to either cancel or wait. I chose to wait. I understand when getting an influx of orders can make organizing things difficult but my order seemed to be lost in the shuffle. I never received it and then their website updated to their new name. When that happened my order was updated stating that my order was delivered in full when it in fact wasn’t. It took a lot of emails to them to straighten it out. I wouldn’t order with them again just on the fact that they treated me like I was lying. If I hadn’t had any communication with them, I might have been out of money and product.”

“My package was destroyed by USPS and I filled out the damage request and sent numerous pictures. In a few minutes an invoice was emailed to me from route like I owed money. So I contacted customer support and expressed my confusion — they answered quickly and I was told to ignore it because it was how route worked. Apparently route (which I am not familiar with before this experience) was reimbursing me for 1 Klow and I ordered 2. It took multiple conversations and a lot of frustration on my part to finally get an answer that 2 would be sent. I received the replacements today and they were packaged much better and no damage. I’m new to this peptide world but have ordered from other companies that have been quicker shipping and no hassles.”

So technically I received 3 days after purchasing and when you consider it was the evening you might could even say 2 days (I live in Oklahoma). That was awesome! The vials came in small hard protectors placed inside a small bubble wrap envelope. It was just two vials. I was a little nervous when I saw they were just in small envelopes but the plastic containers kept the vials safe. Also came with little jolly rancher gummies! Will be purchasing from them again in the near future.”
