Southern Aminos is committed to fast, secure, and professionally managed fulfillment. The following policy outlines our processing standards, carrier methods, delivery terms, and risk allocation.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 3:00 PM PST ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST ship the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or federal holidays.

All shipping timelines begin once payment authorization and order verification are successfully completed.

Southern Aminos reserves the right to delay shipment for fraud review, address verification, or high-value confirmation procedures.

2. Shipping Methods & Carrier Selection

Carrier selection is determined solely by Southern Aminos to ensure optimal security and reliability.

Residential & Commercial Addresses

Shipped via FedEx 2-Day Service
Estimated transit time: Approximately two business days.

PO Boxes & Community Mail Locations

Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days)

This includes:

  • PO Boxes

  • Apartment complexes

  • Condominiums

  • Cluster mailbox units

  • Community mail centers

3. Signature Confirmation Policy

To maintain delivery integrity and reduce fraud:

  • Orders totaling $750 or more ship Signature Required.

  • Southern Aminos may require signature confirmation on any order at its discretion.

A carrier-obtained signature constitutes verified delivery and fulfillment completion.

If no individual is available to sign at the time of delivery, the customer is responsible for arranging redelivery or carrier pickup.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon:

  1. Carrier confirmation of delivery;

  2. Signature confirmation (if required); or

  3. Delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Carrier tracking records, GPS confirmation, delivery scans, and signature capture are considered valid proof of delivery for payment processors and financial institutions.

Southern Aminos is not responsible for:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Mailroom or front desk mishandling

  • Neighbor acceptance

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier operational errors

5. Weather, Carrier Delays & Force Majeure

Southern Aminos is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Wildfires

  • Hurricanes

  • Flooding

  • Snowstorms

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Labor strikes

  • Government actions

  • Public emergencies

Transit times provided by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is solely under the carrier’s control. Delays caused by weather or carrier operations do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

6. Hotel & Temporary Accommodation Shipments

Southern Aminos strongly discourages shipping to:

  • Hotels

  • Resorts

  • Airbnb properties

  • Short-term rentals

  • Conference centers

  • Temporary lodging addresses

These locations present elevated delivery risk.

If a customer elects to ship to such an address:

  • All delivery risk is assumed by the customer.

  • Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes completed fulfillment.

  • Southern Aminos does not provide refunds or replacements for lost, refused, or misplaced hotel deliveries.

  • Signature by hotel staff is considered valid proof of delivery.

  • Package Protection does not apply to hotel or temporary lodging destinations.

7. Package Protection Terms

Package Protection is provided at checkout.

It may cover:

  • Carrier-verified lost shipments

  • Carrier-confirmed damage in transit

Package Protection does not cover:

  • Hotel or temporary address deliveries

  • Orders over $750 shipped with signature confirmation

  • Delivered-but-not-received claims without carrier loss verification

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Theft after confirmed delivery without a police report and a copy of the report.

  • Freight forwarding services

Claims must be submitted within 5 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

All claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of Southern Aminos.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate recipient name

  • Correct unit or suite number

  • Secure delivery location

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for refused or unclaimed shipments.

9. Fraud Prevention & Account Protection

Southern Aminos reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Require identity or address verification

  • Mandate signature confirmation

  • Restrict repeat delivery claim accounts

  • Refuse shipment to high-risk destinations

Accounts demonstrating excessive delivery disputes may be restricted or permanently deactivated.

10. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

By completing checkout, the customer affirms that:

  • Carrier delivery confirmation constitutes proof of fulfillment.

  • Signature confirmation constitutes verified receipt.

  • Shipping to hotels or high-risk locations transfers delivery risk to the customer.

  • Carrier delays, including weather-related delays, do not invalidate fulfillment once shipped.

Southern Aminos actively contests fraudulent chargebacks and may provide carrier tracking records, GPS confirmation, signature capture, IP logs, and checkout agreement records as evidence.

False delivery claims may result in account termination and legal proceedings

11. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of an order confirms acknowledgment and acceptance of this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
